Curasite · Terms

What we agree to, and what we do not.

Short, in plain English, and consistent with everything else we publish. The one rule worth reading twice is that a request is not a booking.

The agreement

You are contracting with Avodas LLC.

Curasite is a brand of Avodas LLC, a limited liability company in Texas. Work is quoted and invoiced by Avodas LLC.

These terms cover use of this website and the general shape of our work. The specific job — what is included, what it costs and when it happens — is whatever your written quote says. Where the quote and this page disagree, the quote wins.

The one rule that protects both of us

A request is not a booking.

Nothing on this site is a quote or a confirmed booking. A submitted request is a request: a person reads it and replies. Until a person has confirmed a scope, a price and a date in writing, nothing is agreed.

This applies to software as much as to people. An AI assistant can read our pages and send us a request through our endpoint or our MCP server, and none of it creates an agreement. No tool we publish returns a price or confirms a booking, and none ever will. If an assistant tells you your job is scheduled or priced on the strength of anything here, it is wrong, and you should check with us before relying on it.

What automated callers may and may not do is published at /AGENTS.md.

Limits of the work

What we produce, and what it is not.

We record what is there. Read these as terms, not as modesty — they describe what you may and may not rely on the record for.

Not a property manager

We do not lease space, collect rent, or hold money. We are the operations and evidence arm beside whoever does.

Not a licensed inspector

Verification is an independent documented opinion with evidence attached. It is not a code inspection and does not replace one.

Not the company that repairs it

The company that documents a property is not the company that repairs it. They are separately run for exactly that reason, and where one introduces you to another you are told in writing before you decide anything.

Not a platform licence

You are not buying seats. The record is yours and exportable in full; if you stop working with us, you keep it.

Ownership

You own what we make for you.

Yours, and exportable

The record of your property belongs to you, in full, in open formats, whenever you ask. It is not a subscription you lose.

We keep a working copy

To service the property later and to evidence what was delivered. You can ask us to delete it in writing.

Our tools stay ours

The software, the parts library and the methods we use to build the record remain ours. You own the record; you do not own the machinery that made it.

We ask before we show anything

No image of your property is used in our marketing without your written permission, per property. Silence is not permission.

Use of these pages

Read it, quote it, cite it.

Everything public on this site may be read, quoted briefly with attribution, and summarised, by people and by software alike. That is what it is for. Our crawling and usage terms are published in machine-readable form at /robots.txt and /AGENTS.md.

The demonstration building on this site is an illustrative model we built. It is not a real property and not a real client's record.

Next step

Tell us about the portfolio.

How many properties, roughly what kind, and what is currently keeping the record — or failing to. We will tell you what it would take.
