We go inside people's homes and photograph what is there. This page says plainly what happens to that, and to anything else you tell us.
The short version
Curasite is a brand of Avodas LLC. When this page says “we”, it means Avodas LLC.
We do not sell personal information. We have never sold it and there is no arrangement under which we would. There are no advertising trackers, no social pixels and no third-party advertising cookies on this site.
Your name, your email address, anything else you choose to put in the message, and a phone number if you give one. We keep it so we can reply and so we can find the thread later.
Google Analytics tells us that a page was read. It does not tell us who you are. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our analytics does not load at all. Typefaces come from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve them.
An AI assistant can send us a request. We record the time, the reference, the network address it came from, and whether the platform proved who it was. That is kept separate from anything it told us about you, because a signature proves which software is calling and proves nothing about the person it is acting for.
The sensitive part
Documenting a property means photographs and measurements of the inside of it. That can include your belongings, your paperwork left on a counter, the medication on a shelf and the photographs on your wall. We treat the whole record as confidential, not just the parts that look sensitive.
It is yours. It is exportable in full, at any time, in open formats. If you stop working with us, you keep it.
So we can service the property later and so we can show what was delivered if that is ever in question. Ask us to delete it and we will, in writing, and tell you what that means for future work.
No image of your property appears in our marketing, on our sites, or in any example, unless you have told us in writing that we may. Not de-identified, not “just the kitchen”. Asking is the rule.
Every dimension in the record carries where it came from: measured on site, derived from the capture, or assumed from a standard. You can always tell a number we took from a number we worked out.
Retention
Kept while we are talking and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up a conversation you restart.
The record of calls to our request endpoint is operational logging: when, from where, and what happened. It is not used to build a profile of anybody and it is not combined with anything else.
Kept for as long as we hold the property record, or until you ask us to delete it.
We have never received a government request for customer data. If that changes and we are permitted to say so, we will.
What you can ask for
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and a person will reply — there is no form and no portal.
Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we extend the same handling to everyone who asks regardless of where they live, because operating two standards is how the wrong one gets used.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child's information reaches us through a family archive, it is handled as part of that family's material and under the same deliver-and-delete rule.
